Duties:
Prepare and revise transaction-related documents, including financial agreements
Conduct and evaluate real estate due diligence materials
Review and interpret lease agreements and purchase/sale contracts
Assist with structured finance and development transactions
Collaborate with legal teams on projects related to affordable housing or restructuring
Engage directly with clients to help achieve their strategic goals
Requirements:
Demonstrated interest or experience in real estate transactions, finance, or related areas
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting abilities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Bar admission in Nebraska, or eligibility for admission within one year
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic performance preferred
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Nebraska or commitment to obtain licensure within one year
