Job Description

Our client, a Financial firm, is seeking a temp-to-perm Receptionist to join their team!

Rate: $22-24/hour

Office Policy: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member or voicemail.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are properly directed within the office.
  • Take and relay messages for staff members as needed.
  • Provide basic information to callers and guests, such as directions, company details, and website information.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with express mail services.
  • Support office supply management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking.
  • Oversee parking validation distribution and tracking.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front lobby area; prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document collation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
  • Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
