Role description:

We are seeking an experienced 360-desk biotech life sciences recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and adaptable.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Trebla Talent, you’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to sourcing, screening, managing, and closing candidates. We are also looking for proactive listeners, creative problem-solvers, and those with a genuine interest in long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent and prospective clients within the biotech and life sciences sectors
  • Client Engagement: Build, grow, and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Process Management: Responsible for managing both candidate and client communications throughout all stages of the search process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry news, including company launches, funding rounds, organizational changes, and layoff activity, to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle (360) recruitment experience within the biotech, pharma, or life sciences sector.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and personal/professional networks.
  • Experience leading client intake calls, writing job descriptions and job postings, and presenting candidates summaries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
  • Ownership mindset — self-motivated, organized, and energized by autonomy
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
