Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment & Employee Development Manager to lead company-wide hiring efforts and build career development programs that strengthen our workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, developing career pathways, and ensuring we hire and grow the best people to support our business goals. The position will report to the VP of Development and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans in partnership with HR and hiring managers to forecast and meet staffing needs.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through traditional and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies, headhunters, and temporary labor providers across all departments.
• Research and recommend new talent pipelines, including social media, professional networks, trade associations, and industry contacts.
• Strengthen recruiting partnerships with colleges, high schools, and apprenticeship programs to build future talent pools.
• Help create, update, and manage job descriptions aligned with role requirements and career pathways.
• Review applicants, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate candidate submissions with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant and interview data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Collaborate with HR to prepare and send offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee development programs, including career paths, leadership training, and skills advancement initiatives.
• Track recruiting and employee development metrics to measure success and continuously refine strategies.
• Stay current on market compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.
