Randstad is seeking an experienced Processing Support Senior Associate to provide processing support and broad knowledge to internal/external customers and business partners. You will utilize a wide variety of systems and channels to investigate and resolve inquiries. You will investigate and resolve complicated, sometimes sensitive, issues, problems, errors and inconsistencies.

This is a remote position, however, the successful candidate will be required to come onsite as needed. Candidates local to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, are highly preferred. Relocation cost reimbursement is not available.

What you will do:

• Processes data in accordance with internal and external business or technical protocols and guidelines.
• Manages information and process flow from initiation to completion.
• Applies broad and established knowledge of job or specific technical skills to provide service, information and procedural guidance.
• Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data.
• Anticipates future needs based on past transactions.
• Uses research and analysis skills to review detailed, structured problems.
• Edits and maintains documentation for guidelines and procedures.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant job experience.
• Medical terminology experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under general supervision within established procedures.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines.
• Ability to utilize standards and procedures in practical applications of a difficult nature.
• Proficient in Excel to include knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences.
• Knowledge of the process in relation to other company processes and deliverables.
• Ability to identify ways to improve efficiency, quality and service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
