Reservoir Engineering Supervisor/Manager Walker Elliott is looking for a Reservoir Engineering Supervisor or Manager in Houston to lead a small team in optimizing production and enhancing reservoir performance. This role is hands-on, requiring both technical expertise and leadership to drive reservoir modeling, simulation, and field development strategies. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of reservoir engineers Oversee reservoir modeling, simulation, and production forecasting Drive optimization of well performance and field development plans Work closely with geoscience, production, and operations teams Strong preference for Texas and/or Eagle Ford Shale or similar unconventional experience Requirements: ~ Degreed ~8+ years of reservoir engineering experience (E&P sector) ~3+ years in a leadership role (supervisor, lead or management) ~ Expertise in reservoir simulation, decline curve analysis & production optimization ~ Proficiency in software like ARIES, Access, CMG, and Petrel Do not apply unless you are authorized to work in the United States for any employer as client company cannot sponsor or transfer visas at this time.
