LOCATION

This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work schedule.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company’s revenue streams and identifying opportunities to maximize profitability. This role involves gathering data, conducting analyses, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve overall financial performance. The Revenue Analyst is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.

JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

• Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts by analyzing market trends, historical performance, and sales data. Work with the finance team to align forecasts with company goals.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from the revenue cycle process to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership teams to support decision-making.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and track payor reimbursement against targets and budgets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue cycle management, payor strategy, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals, pricing models, and strategies.
• Financial Modeling: Create and maintain revenue models to predict future revenue based on various scenarios and business conditions.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in revenue-related processes and propose solutions for optimization. Assist with the implementation of new revenue or reporting technologies as needed.
• Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in revenue analyses and reporting.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support on special projects related to revenue generation, pricing models, and business growth strategies.
• Other duties as assigned, including ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field such as MIS, Business Analytics or Statistics/Mathematics required; Advanced degree a plus.
• Previous Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, revenue operations, or a similar role. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial/data modeling, and reporting tools with proven ability to present complex data and financial concepts to stakeholders across the organization. Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly revenue recognition. Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to remain flexible and work effectively under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while still contributing to and working well within a team environment.
