As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for operational oversight and leadership of the Mother Baby Unit, ensuring clinical excellence, patient and family satisfaction, and high-performing team collaboration. You will direct nursing practice, coordinate staffing, and work closely with interdisciplinary partners to promote evidence-based care and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead and supervise nursing and support staff in the Mother Baby Unit

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

• Oversee quality assurance, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with leadership on departmental goals, budgeting, and resource planning

• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and accountable team culture

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field

• California RN License (active and unrestricted)

• BLS Certification American Heart Association (upon hire)

• Fire & Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)

• Management of Aggressive Behavior course (within 90 days of hire)

• Additional experience may be required based on specialty programs

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Mother Baby or a related specialty
