Job Description

Title: Sales Executive

Location: Columbus, OH

Our client, located in Columbus OH, has an immediate need for Sales Executive. These positions are onsite. Remote / hybrid is not an option. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle to drive new business opportunities. This role requires a strong communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about delivering value to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms to generate new business leads.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and needs assessments.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including calls, meetings booked, and lead conversion.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our client’s unique value proposition.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or business development experience (healthcare or benefits industry a plus).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of initiative, organization, and time management.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection handling.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
