We're seeking a top-notch sales manager/executive with specific experience managing a sales team for interior building products, such as flooring, cabinets, and kitchen and bath. This role will build and develop an exceptional team to drive sales for commercial accounts by working with businesses in the Louisville area - builders, developers, electricians, plumbers, handyman who are purchasing home remodeling and renovation interior building products for their clients. You'll work out of our expansive showroom in Louisville that serves as a model for our national expansion.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2-3 years of specific sales management experience of 3-10 people, both inside and outside sales, and experience specifically in the building materials sector - ideally with interior building products, such as flooring, doors, window coverings, bath and kitchen vanities and fixtures, and cabinets.
