Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and implement effective executive communications strategies.
Capture the voice of the executive to deliver credible, authentic communications.
Distill complex information into engaging content for a variety of global audiences.
Develop compelling content, including keynotes, internal and customer presentations, social media posts, SharePoint, and blogs.
Oversee executive speaking opportunities, including content development, preparation, and feedback.
Develop and manage all strategic communications.
Support internal organizational announcements.
Provide editorial oversight for all cross-functional interlock in employee communications.
Own all employee communications vehicles, including newsletters, leadership meetings, and all-hands meetings.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators.
Drive all crisis communications planning, engagement, alignment, and content development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Prior experience working in an executive communications role at is highly preferred.
Proven experience in communications strategy and content development (7+ years)
Strong ability to capture and convey the executive voice.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Experience managing various communications platforms and vehicles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in a corporate or technology environment.
Familiarity with global communications strategies and cultural considerations.
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing communications effectiveness.
Work Environment:
Combined office and remote work setup, offering flexibility to work from home and in-office as needed.
