Are you an experienced benefits professional looking to take ownership of a comprehensive benefits program? A growing and dynamic company is seeking a Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst to lead the day-to-day administration of its benefits offerings, ensuring employees receive best-in-class health, welfare, and retirement plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the administration of benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and health savings products.
• Manage the 401(k) program, including bi-weekly funding, payroll reconciliation, and annual Department of Labor (DOL) audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, ADA, and IRS requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with brokers and vendors, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead the leave management program, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and parental leave.
• Reviews salary, variable pay, and incentive changes in alignment with policy.
• Advises HR colleagues on compensation and benefits topics

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) and healthcare programs.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing compensation functions, including survey submissions and supporting annual compensation reviews.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and benefits audits.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Certified Benefits Professional designation preferred but not required.
