Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in developing ERP (Odoo) solutions, creating full-stack web applications, and guiding technical teams. This role demands proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with strong skills in Python and React, and a passion for tackling complex challenges. Experience in the retail sector is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and tailored ERP (Odoo) solutions to align with business objectives.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python, integrated with intuitive frontend applications built in React.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party APIs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 5+ years of software development experience, specializing in full-stack development.
• Preferred experience in ERP systems, including customization and module development.
• Required proficiency in Python, React, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
