About the Role

As Senior Manager of Operational Integration , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful rollout of national programs and campaigns across restaurant locations in North America. You will lead the design, development, and execution of standardized operational processes and resources to support the integration of new initiatives at the restaurant level. Your mission: to translate strategy into operational excellence by equipping restaurant teams with clear, actionable tools and knowledge that guarantee flawless implementation.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that touches Marketing, Operations, Training, and Field Execution. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and agile team where bold ideas, accountability, and a sense of fun are part of the daily recipe.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Integration & Process Development

  • Design, lead, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for national activations and campaigns.
  • Establish templates, processes, and timelines to drive consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across all launches in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Partner with testing teams to assess the viability of programs and advise on national rollout potential (e.g., scalability, alignment with existing systems).

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Act as the primary liaison between Operations and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Testing & Implementation, Training, Field Operations) to align on messaging, content, and readiness.
  • Lead the creation and review of campaign and program support materials including playbooks, job aids, install guides, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with Field teams to ensure clear communication and proper execution across all restaurant locations.

Project Management & Communication

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on launch progress, readiness status , and risks.
  • Define and report on key success metrics related to campaign integration and restaurant execution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize resource formats, rollout strategies , and overall restaurant impact.

Support & Training Resources

  • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, practical tools that enhance restaurant and field team performance.
  • Drive adoption of new initiatives through clear, concise communication and consistent follow-up.

Travel

  • Occasional travel required, approximately 15% of the time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Service, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in restaurant or field operations, with a strong track record of launching national initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational capabilities.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program impact and adapt quickly.
  • Deep familiarity with restaurant operations systems and in-market execution needs.
  • Experience in QSR and/or fast casual environments is required.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); ability to develop professional-quality presentations and materials.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
