About the Role

This high-impact 1-year contract role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies while leading complex technical transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for product configuration, pricing, and promotional platforms
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and pricing implementations
• Manage large-scale modernization programs including monolith to microservices migrations
• Collaborate globally with engineering teams in Bangalore and cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with executive leadership across multiple business units on strategic planning
• Balance tactical execution with long-term roadmap development (up to 3-year horizons)
• Support 25+ engineers in platform development and technical transformation efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field
• Proven expertise in migration programs and system modernization
• Strategic thinking with experience managing enterprise-level technical initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management experience
• Technical aptitude to work effectively with engineering teams
• Flexibility for calls with India-based teams across time zones

Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive rate: $91.74/hour

Hybrid work environment: 3 days onsite in Mountain View, CA
