Location: Pleasanton, CA

Pay: $60/hour

Experience: In-depth and expansive knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance with detailed functional understanding of the suite of products that support the Policy.

Type: Contract

Conde Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Driving the product vision and strategy for assigned policy products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Defining and prioritizing product enhancements to maximize value and usability.
• Developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that outlines future enhancements, innovations, and key milestones.
• Creating detailed product change use cases and high-level scope documentation to accelerate delivery.
• Leading business teams through the identification of problems, value statements, change scope, and impact analysis.
• Documenting stakeholder analysis and product change requirements to support alignment and transparency.
• Facilitating product change requirement elicitation sessions and resolving issues or roadblocks as they arise.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including tracking test progress, troubleshooting issues, and reporting results.
• Collaborating with Change Management teams to ensure smooth implementation and release of product updates.
• Maintaining accurate product status reports and readiness assessments to monitor resources and project timelines.
• Conducting monthly release checkpoints with business teams to confirm progress across UAT, defect resolution, and change planning.
• Reporting on the status of assigned products, highlighting key wins, challenges, and upcoming changes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across EPMO, Digital Experience, vendors, IT development, and QA teams.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development as Product Specialists.
