Andiamo is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our elite Andiamo RPO team . You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the engineering and product functions for a fast-growing, well-funded Series D cybersecurity startup.

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts across engineering, product, and technical operations roles. In this role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, source exceptional candidates, and refine the recruiting process for scalability and impact.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying future leaders, growing high-performing teams, and championing inclusive hiring. Your insights and expertise will directly influence our ability to scale with intention.

🔧 What You'll Do

  • Own the Recruitment Lifecycle : Manage every stage of the hiring process, from initial sourcing to final offer, primarily for software development and IT roles.
  • Source Exceptional Talent : Use creative and strategic approaches to attract top-tier candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally : Collaborate closely with hiring managers, engineers, and senior leadership to define hiring needs and craft aligned recruiting plans.
  • Deliver an Outstanding Candidate Journey : Ensure each candidate feels informed, respected, and excited throughout the interview process.
  • Bring Market Insights to the Table : Share competitive intelligence, compensation data, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Optimize and Evolve : Identify opportunities to improve recruiting systems, communication flows, and hiring efficiency across the board.
  • Promote Inclusive Hiring : Integrate diversity-focused strategies and inclusive assessment methods to foster representation and belonging.
  • Build a Future-Facing Pipeline : Nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a steady stream of high-quality prospects.
  • Drive Strategy with Data : Regularly analyze hiring metrics and feedback to iterate on processes and deliver consistent results.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience : 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in filling software engineering and technical roles.
  • Technical Understanding : Familiarity with modern development practices, tools, and job functions within IT and product teams.
  • Sourcing Savvy : Skilled at uncovering and engaging passive candidates across digital channels, niche communities, and networking opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Thinking : Comfortable using recruiting metrics and analytics to refine sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Clear, professional communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Project Management : Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Tools of the Trade : Experience using applicant tracking systems (like Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) and CRM tools (like Gem, SeekOut, etc.).
  • Startup or High-Growth DNA : Previous experience recruiting in fast-scaling environments is highly preferred.
