🎨  Sign Paint Prep / Shop Helper

📍  Melbourne, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do:

• Sand, clean, and move signs through the paint process
• Coordinate workflow between departments (fabrication, paint, assembly)
• Build shipping crates and assist with packaging/sign logistics
• Assemble cabinets, monument signs, and custom-built signage
• Work with materials like metal, wood, and acrylic
• Assist in basic painting and finish prep
• Maintain quality and organization throughout the shop

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Someone who’s organized, dependable, and hands-on
• Prior experience in shop work, tools, painting, or signage is a plus

🏗️  Sign Installer / Service Technician

📍  Melbourne, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do:

• Install a variety of signage: fabricated, vinyl, electrical, and more
• Conduct service and maintenance on existing signs
• Perform detailed site surveys and prepare for upcoming installs
• Operate cranes, bucket trucks, and swing stages (we’ll train the right person!)
• Handle customer check-ins and sign-offs with professionalism
• Participate in high-rise and rope access installs (we’ll train the right person!)

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in sign installation or related fields
• CDL Class B preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable working at heights and using lift equipment
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• A safety-first, solution-focused mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate custom signage including cabinets, monuments, and one-of-a-kind pieces
• Read blueprints and interpret design specs
• Weld and assemble using metal, acrylic, and wood
• Operate saws, benders, shears, brakes, and other tools
• Work closely with installers and project managers for seamless execution
• Maintain your work area and equipment
