Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SocialCRM Support Representative to join their client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with basic social media experience and a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Leverage over 1 year of phone experience to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Comfortably make outbound calls to engage with customers and address their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer engagement strategies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Ensure all interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Adapt to different customer situations and find appropriate solutions to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
• 1+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
• Basic social media knowledge
• Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls to customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.

The pay range for this position is $22 per hour + commission
