Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Oak Forest, IL

Salary: $90,000-$105,000

100% onsite

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client's organization in the Oak Forest, IL area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Recruit for management, professional, and skilled labor roles across multiple business units.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective recruitment services.
  • Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to improve recruitment performance and outcomes.
  • Enhance the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies).
  • Streamline pre-employment testing and background check processes.
  • Lead interview training, internship, apprenticeship, and grant-related programs.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes using technology and best practices.
  • Develop and manage policies related to talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders.
  • Experience implementing and managing ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or HRCI Pro: Talent Acquisition are preferred.
