• Build lasting relationships with clients through active listening, education, and personalized financial guidance
• Help individuals and families plan for life’s milestones — from buying a home to saving for college or retirement
• Educate clients about insurance, investments, and protection strategies
• Receive training and mentorship in financial products, compliance, and consultative sales
• Grow your business through networking, referrals, and community engagement

• Former or current teacher, coach, counselor, or educator (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• Willingness to obtain state insurance and Finra licenses (we provide training and support)
• Passion for helping others and learning new skills
