Technical Product Manager (Mid Level)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to serve as a critical liaison between the Development & QA teams. This role requires strong decision-making, technical writing, and the ability to conduct release training. You will own the creation of release notes and drive product development using Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will primarily work with an internal customer, but will also have some exposure to external customers.

This is a 6-month contract (opportunity to convert to perm).

This is a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA.

Work in-office 2 days (Tues/Thurs) & remotely 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Dev & QA teams to ensure seamless communication & alignment on product goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories & acceptance criteria
• Manage product backlogs, track progress, & participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Write clear, concise technical documentation, including release notes, to communicate updates & changes to internal teams
• Conduct release training sessions for internal teams to ensure the successful adoption of new features & updates

REQUIRED:

• 3 to 5 years as a Technical Product Manager (mid-level) for a software product company
• Experience in product requirements definition, feature prioritization, backlog management, user story creation, & acceptance criteria definition
• Proficiency in Jira & Confluence
• Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Proven Technical Writing skills (e.g., release notes & technical documentation)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate with Business & Technical teams and to write a cogent, succinct story

PREFERRED:

• Healthcare Industry experience
