We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Trade Analytics & Optimization Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly shape trade investment strategy, optimize ROI, and bring clarity and insight to one of the most critical levers of growth in the CPG space. PAY

• $115,000 - $130,000 base salary (DOE)
• 10% Bonus Potential (based on company profitability)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead trade analytics to track promotion effectiveness, ROI, and performance against forecasted objectives.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to optimize trade spend by brand, customer, and promotion type and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the internal promo analytics system lead , supporting promotion planning, deduction reconciliation, and post-event analysis.
• Create and maintain standardized reporting tools and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to align customer-level promotional planning with corporate revenue and margin goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing efficiency and promotional investment across top retail accounts.
• Support the annual demand and financial planning process by modeling what-if scenarios and forecasting trade performance.
• Develop scalable processes for analyzing incrementality, lift curves, and profitability across trade promotions.
• Act as a thought leader for trade effectiveness across the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience (Must have!):

• 5+ years hands-on experience in CPG trade analytics, revenue growth, pricing, sales finance, or category management
• Experience building and managing TPM systems for CPG
• Experience analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, etc.)

Skills:

• Must have proficiency to develop complex forecast modeling in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in power BI or similar data visualization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving
