Akkodis is seeking a Travel & Expense Specialist for a Contract role with a client located in Santa Monica, CA 90404

Pay Range: $22- $27/hr. On W2, the pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Deliverables T&E Responsibilities:

• Audit expense reports according to RBNA, RBNY, RBMH, RBDC, RBR and CPNA T&E policy
• Provide training and guidance to Red Bull employees in creating an expense report
• Provide assistance with expense reimbursement issues
• Execute/Perform to department standards by ensuring timely reimbursement to employees
• Be able to trouble shoot with Employees at all levels

Must have Experience:

1. Expense Reimbursement: Timeliness with the highest level of audit quality.
2. Accounting Projects: Have the most knowledge base and assist others with trouble shooting and support.
3. Month-end responsibilities: On as as-needed basis.
