Job Description

I'm HIRING! Seeking Traveling Electrical Foreman for a Direct-Hire role with a forward-thinking company.

Applicants must have a background with large Commercial new construction and some Multi-Family Residential experience . Because this is a Traveling role, the candidate will reside in Jonesboro, AR as a home base.

Your background will include most of the following:

At minimum of 5-7 yrs experience in a Foreman/Working Foreman role
You have an AR Electrical License
You will have the ability to use the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ CODES.
In the past, you developed and implements plans using your critical thinking skills.
You are a problem solver with good sense and judgement.
You are self-motivated, can adapt to challenges, and follow through on commitments
Can work independently and hold others accountable.
Lead by example, train promising PM's and Electricians to help develop their career.
Perform work from start to finish, executes work efficiently and effectively
You take pride in making sure you have all tools, information, manpower and materials at all times.
Communicate effectively with Trade Partners, Owner, and your team while reviewing site progress and conditions.
You are proficient - previous ability to turn in paperwork through and HR system such as Paycom or Paycor, for example.
Are safety minded and adhere to all quality and safety codes
