Warehouse Lead/Facilitator
We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Facilitator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of our warehouse.
The team consists of highly experienced professionals who design, install and maintain public safety communication networks and equipment. We offer exceptional quality emergency communications infrastructure and system support services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
● Following check-in and inventory management procedures
● Organizing warehouse - storing goods in their designated locations
● Manually handle, inspect, pack, stack and ship pallets according to company standards
● Loading and unloading delivery trucks
● Operating forklift and other warehouse tools and equipment as needed
● Maintaining warehouse as well as related tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
● Documenting all related activities and completing forms/reports using Google Workspace
● Performing related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
● A current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● A High School Diploma or higher education
● Physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
● Ability to problem solve and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure
● Flexibility to transition among fluctuating priorities, as needed
● Ability to focus on the project/task and goals at hand; detail oriented
● Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
● Self motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
● Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
● Ability to apply safety rules and regulations to warehouse operations and equipment usage
● Ability to maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records
● Understanding of and/or ability to learn company products and terminology
Preferred Competencies: .
● Forklift Operation Certification or ability to obtain via in house training
● Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker is helpful but not required
● Experience with Google Workspace is beneficial but not required
