【岗位职责】

1. 平台运营：负责公司相关业务的线上媒体运营，包括但不限于社交媒体平台（微信公众号、小红书、抖音、视频号、LinkedIn等）的内容策划，发布与更新、账号管理与粉丝维护，提升曝光与互动量；

2. 投放策略制定与执行：熟悉各平台的投放逻辑和算法规则，制定精准的广告投放策略，优化投放效果，精准触达潜在客户，提高转化率；

3. 投流数据监测：负责平台广告投放的日常操作与数据分析，不断优化投产比（ROI）；及时调整投放策略以降低成本并提升效果；

4. 内容把控与优化：对内容质量进行严格把关，确保文案、图片、视频等内容符合品牌定位与用户画像、行业规范及平台规则，避免违规风险；

5. 热点捕捉与话题运营：结合行业趋势和相关政策热点，灵活调整传播节奏，提升内容热度和用户转化效率；

6. 素材库管理与竞品研究：定期整理优质素材、爆款案例，研究同业运营策略，为内容创作与推广策略提供参考。

【任职要求】

1. 本科学历，市场营销、新媒体、广告传媒等相关专业优先；

2. 具备3年以上新媒体运营经验，有实际投放经验者优先，熟悉小红书、抖音、微信等主流平台的内容逻辑与投放机制；

3. 熟悉用户运营及粉丝增长路径，有基本的内容审核能力与营销思维；

4. 具备良好的数据敏感度，能独立完成投流数据分析与优化建议；

5. 有移民、留学、海外房产、金融等高净值客户服务行业背景者优先；

6. 工作语言：中文（普通话）

Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations:

Oversee the company's online media operations across various platforms, such as RED, TikTalk, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, etc. Responsible for content planning, publishing and updating, account management, and follower engagement to enhance exposure and user interaction.

2. Advertising Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and implement precise advertising strategies based on a solid understanding of platform algorithms and ad delivery logic. Optimize campaign performance to reach potential high-value clients and improve conversion rates.

3. Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis:

Manage daily ad campaign execution and analyze performance data. Continuously improve ROI by adjusting strategies based on real-time data to reduce costs and enhance results.

4. Content Quality Control and Optimization:

Ensure all content (copywriting, visuals, videos, etc.) aligns with brand positioning, target audience personas, industry standards, and platform regulations. Mitigate risks related to content violations or platform penalties.

5. Trending Topic & Policy Integration:

Identify and respond to current industry trends and policy changes, adjusting content and communication rhythm accordingly to increase engagement and conversion efficiency.

6. Content Asset Management & Competitive Research:

Maintain a structured content library, track high-performing content cases, and study competitor strategies to inform ongoing content development and media planning.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New Media, Communications, Advertising, or related fields preferred;

2. 3+ years of experience in new media operations, with hands-on experience in advertising placement; familiar with major Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat;

3. Solid understanding of user growth funnels and fanbase management; strong editorial judgment and marketing mindset;

4. Strong data sensitivity and ability to independently analyze advertising performance and provide optimization strategies;

5. Industry experience in immigration, overseas education, international real estate, or high-net-worth client services is preferred;

6. Working Language: Mandarin Chinese (Fluent)
