Our established and growing dental practice near Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist looking to advance their career in a high-demand practice or a motivated new graduate eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment. Established, High-Volume Practice –Enjoy a strong patient base and consistent demand for comprehensive dental services.
Patient Base – Primarily Adult based care with some Pediatric work.
Collaborative & Experienced Team – Work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment (1 solo dentist on staff ).
Diverse Clinical Opportunities – Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including routine care, root canals, and implants
Referred Out – Molar Endo and other extreme cases currently referred out of office.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary – $900 daily guarantee for five (5) months, then up to 35% of collections .
Malpractice Insurance – Fully covered by the practice.
Retirement Plan – 401(k) option in practice (no match)
Continuing Education – $3,000 annual CE allowance.
Comprehensive Benefits – Full range of medical, vision, and dental insurance.
Schedule
~3.5 to 4 days per week
~ Monday – Friday, Off by 4:00pm
~ No Weekends!
