Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager for one of our amazing clients. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth, increasing conversions, and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is hybrid in the Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms .
  • Manage budgets, analyze ROI, and optimize ad spend to maximize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC and paid media trends and best practices.

Email Marketing

  • Own the email marketing strategy , including campaign creation, automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Create engaging and high-converting email campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive revenue.

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Work with content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing,
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns .
  • Hands-on experience with email automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content optimization .
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
