Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting electronic test and measurement equipment and services to current and potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for technology and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to introduce new products to the market.
• Research and develop expertise in electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Recommend test assets for acquisition to expand the product inventory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for their test and measurement requirements.
• Collaborate with technical support staff to address and resolve client concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas within the designated time frame.
• Regularly review and update the company website to ensure optimal inventory representation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Proven ability to engage customers, close sales, and meet targets.
• Strong commitment to Sales and Business Development as a long-term career path.
• Basic understanding of RF, Ohms Law, and AC/DC principles (or a willingness to learn).
• Technical mindset with an ability to grasp and communicate engineering terminology.
• A background in engineering or technical applications is a plus but not required.
