Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Employment Immigration Attorney to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our Managing Attorney and Lead Immigration Attorney to work with our clients, ensuring the highest standards of legal service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business-based immigration, with additional experience in family-based immigration being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with clients to analyze client needs and develop employment based immigration strategies to drive corporate growth and secure lawful status for employees.
• Work collaboratively with the Managing Attorney to develop and implement strategic goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate lines of communication with clients both during and after the application process.
• Uphold and live our core values of community, family, and respect in all professional interactions.
• Engage with the community and represent the firm in various professional forums.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on business-based immigration.
• Proven leadership skills.
