Job Description

Description:

The position will coordinate and execute marketing events from a mobile coffee sampling truck in Denver for a restaurant chain ( This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the program (with help of a robust team) including event experience, event set up, ordering product, preparing product samples to restaurant standards, sampling product to event attendees, hiring and managing temporary staff, updating event logs and reporting. Skills required to succeed are event marketing experience, food service experience, management experience, high energy, “people person,” self-starter. Work 40+ hours per week including weekends and some holidays (4apx. 15% in office and 85% in field sampling). 

 

Compensation:  depending on skill and experience.

Responsibilities include:  

• Maintain orderly operations with food truck personnel

• Ensure that DOH standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the area at all times

• Organize supplies, prep area and storage areas daily.

• Must be Food ServSafe certified

• Supervise and use of equipment

• Place orders for supplies and equipment in a cost efficient and consistent manner; ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained and stocked

• Coordinate maintenance requests

• Hire Staff

• Manage Staff

• Ensure Samples are prepared and distributed to restaurant standards

• Document events

• Report on each event
