RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Human Resource Business Partner in our Troy, MI location!

Your Job

We are seeking an entry-to-mid-level HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our corporate HR functions at our Troy, MI location. This role will work to implement and execute HR programs, provide insights through data analysis, and contribute to the overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a self-starter, and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute HR programs with precision is critical to success in this role.

What you Will do in Your Role

  • HR Program Execution: Assist in the implementation and management of HR initiatives and programs across the organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Think Talent Management, Performance Management, People Analytics and Recognition.
  • Data Analysis and Insight Creation: Utilize analytical skills to gather, process, and interpret HR data to provide insights, track key metrics, and support decision-making. We need someone who can put together a story using data, let’s make data driven decisions together.
  • Employee Relations Support: Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring a positive work environment. As we go through immense change, having a sounding board and advisor will be critical for our transformation.
  • Autonomous Work: Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing HR processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Let’s work together to be the best and support the best – think process mapping and working through best practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, detailed tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • What else? This role may include Global Mobility and Immigration processes, change and communication strategies and potentially even team building events.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for contributing to HR initiatives.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Dayforce or SuccessFactors is a plus, but not critical.
  • Previous experience with program execution and HR process management is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be based onsite in Troy, MI, 4 days per week, with occasional flexibility as needed.
  • The HRBP will work closely with the HR Director, Corporate Capabilities, and be a key player in supporting the HR needs of the organization.
