Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
We are a multidisciplinary firm specializing in public sector design and infrastructure, with a strong focus on streetscapes, shorelines, parks, stormwater systems, and watershed management. Unlike firms working in the private development sector, we exclusively serve local governments and public agencies.
We are seeking a Landscape Architect or Urban Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals at all levels who want to work on meaningful, complex urban and environmental projects. You will be involved in concept development, site analysis, design production, and plan assembly—leveraging tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to help bring public space designs to life. Experience level will determine your leadership responsibilities, but all roles emphasize team collaboration and interdisciplinary engagement.
