Job Title: Mail Services Associate

⏳ Duration: 3-Month Contract
Responsibilities:
✔️ Work on a loading dock—receive and inspect packages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
✔️ Audit deliveries against invoices, approving or rejecting items as needed.
✔️ Check for contraband and ensure security protocols are followed.
✔️ Deliver mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned locations daily.
✔️ Protect shipped packages from potential damage.
✔️ Process outgoing shipments, apply correct postage, and coordinate with vendors.
✔️ Stock copy rooms and serve as the first point of contact for copier fleet maintenance.
✔️ Monitor and replenish mail and postage supplies as needed.
✔️ Address inquiries and complaints professionally.
✔️ Gather and analyze data to troubleshoot complex problems and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience working in dock services or mail services.
🔹 Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
🔹 Strong understanding of mail handling processes and procedures.
🔹 Excellent communication skills to effectively resolve issues and suggest improvements.
🔹 Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Education & Qualifications:
📜 High School Diploma or GED required.
