B. Riley Advisory Services provides a variety of specialty financial services and solutions for lenders, law firms, private equity sponsors and various companies. These services include , restructuring and turnaround management, forensic accounting, litigation support, compliance risk and resilience services, transactional support services, and valuation and appraisal.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist for our Buckhead, Atlanta Office.

Duties of this position include working with our professionals to:

  1. Update and produce marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, brochures, emails, and newsletters.
  2. Update and create Bio’s on the website.
  3. Help manage and enhance the use of social media accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and relevant industry-specific platforms.
  4. Create targeted social media campaigns to promote specific services, events, or webinars aimed at attracting new clients.
  5. Assist with the planning and execution of events, workshops, and conferences.
  6. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
  7. Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and professionals.
  8. Take informative content like blog articles, videos, infographics, and social media updates and post them in ways to enhance our professionals market exposure.
  9. Proactively identify challenges within the marketing domain and provide unique and innovative solutions to address them.
  10. Ensure there is clear verbal and written messaging across all marketing materials as well as effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  11. Help create/maintain the client database.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 5 years experience in marketing sales, social media, or advertising working in professional services.
  3. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM software.
  5. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and making informed decisions.
  6. Ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  7. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  8. Experience in content development and website design.
  9. Up to date with relevant markets and trends.
  10. Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.
  11. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  12. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  13. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
