🌿 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who’s excited to lead the design of next-generation electro-mechanical energy storage products—from concept to high-volume production. You’ll join a team that values innovation, mentorship, and collaboration, where your voice is heard and your growth truly matters.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing thoughtful 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, and BOMs
• Leading design-for-manufacturing (DFM) efforts with a focus on sustainability and efficiency
• Contributing to failure analyses and FMEA development with a proactive, solution-first mindset
• Building meaningful relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners

💫 What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of hands-on mechanical design experience—ideally in a high volume manufacturing environment
• A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and a love for solving complex, real-world challenges
• Experience designing for sheet metal and/or injection molded parts at scale
• Comfortable with FEA for structural analysis and confident using prototyping tools (3D printing, CNC, etc.)
• Proficiency with SolidWorks (or similar CAD platforms)
