Duration: 6-month, direct W2 contract-to-hire
Location: Onsite, 5 days a week, onsite in Orange, CA
Compensation: **starting at $50/hr W2, higher depending on experience
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role with a broad skill set including development fundamentals and the drive to learn and grow
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM functionalities, and development tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting/automation.
- Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow CSA or other relevant certifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, clear and effective communication, and adaptability.
What You'll Do;
- Platform Management: Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and user management. You’ll be key in defining what ServiceNow looks like in this environment and be ground level in putting in a solid ITSM foundation, recommending and adhering to best practices, defining processes, and building services.
- Development & Workflows: Configure applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) that meet business needs, design and implement workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
- Integrations and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimization: Ensure data integrity, manage CMDB/ITAM, and create reports.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow features and identify enhancement opportunities.
