This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be a voice for the vulnerable and provide meaningful advocacy for individuals facing homelessness. As a Staff Attorney , you will play a crucial role in restoring hope, stability, and legal protections to those most in need.
What You'll Do 🏛️
✅ Conduct legal interviews with clients across various homeless shelters in Broward County.
✅ Provide legal representation in cases involving immigration, family law, public benefits, disability rights, and more .
✅ Advocate fiercely for clients in civil and administrative legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected.
✅ Draft pleadings, research legal issues, and participate in hearings to advance critical cases.
✅ Work closely with community organizations, support staff, volunteers, and other legal professionals to maximize impact.

🔹 Florida Bar membership is required .
🔹 You have a strong passion for social justice and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals.
